It can fully sync with Exchange, Office 365 and G-Suite (Google Apps), giving users the flexibility to reserve rooms from any location and any device—no extra server software or plug-ins are needed. Room Display 5 puts you in control of your room reservations. It can be used to manage room bookings via the email calendar or the convenient touch-screens outside each meeting room, and present a wide range of customized information including availability, organizer, title and upcoming events.

Email Calendar Integration

Meeting Overview
The highly customizable main view displays the status of a room through full-screen colour indication. Green indicates available, yellow shows a pending reservation, and red means the room is busy.

Quick Book
Lets users book resources on-screen outside the room - for any room, day and time. A few quick taps is all you need to reserve a room without the need of accessing a computer.

Room Check-In
Improve the efficiency of your meeting rooms by enabling reservation check-ins. If activated, users have to manually check into meetings within a specified time range. If they don’t check in, the room will be released for other users to book.

Language Support
While the default language is English, Room Display 5 supports virtually all languages through a smart function that allows user generated translations of key text fields.
